The Lanam Club offers exceptional facilities to members and their guests for offsite meetings and business dinners or luncheons for up to eighty people. There are three private rooms available. The Directors Room can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people. The East and West Rooms can accommodate 20 people and 30 people respectively, or they may be joined to accommodate up to 80 people. Audio visual equipment is available upon request. As an added feature, all meeting room are equipped with wireless internet service.

We will be happy to work with you on planning your meeting and coordinate any lunch, dinner, or coffee break requirements.

If you are entertaining out of town clients, the Lanam Club has agreements with several area hotels. Please contact the club for more information.

Social Events

Cultural and social events are the standard at the Lanam Club. For members' private entertainment needs, the Club has a variety of events to choose from during the year. These events range from wine dinners, ethnic theme nights, holiday events, theatre nights, as well as children’s parties. Special activities at the Club keep the atmosphere lively, and you are sure to find many special occasions to keep you and your guests entertained. Our talented kitchen staff are eager to prepare elaborate menus, and the resident florist always has the house beautifully appointed.

For private sponsored events, our catering department will work with you in planning your needs, ranging from set up to menu selection. The Club has three private dining rooms to choose from, and the entire club may be rented, on a limited basis and with Board approval, for weddings or special events. The gardens are carefully landscaped, and provide the perfect backdrop for your special occasion. The Club also boasts of a three season 40x40 tent, which is carpeted and heated. This may be rented out for wedding receptions,cocktail parties, barbeques or lunch/dinner parties. For further information on hosting a sponsored event, please contact the business office.
